1. Our commitment
AscentWell Systems is committed to providing a website, client workspace, and service experience that people with disabilities can use with dignity, independence, and equivalent opportunity.
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing operating responsibility. We review the experience as content, technology, and third-party services change.
2. Measures we take
- Use meaningful page structure, headings, labels, instructions, and link text.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus throughout core customer journeys.
- Design for readable contrast, text enlargement, responsive reflow, and reduced motion preferences.
- Provide status and error information in ways intended to work with assistive technology.
- Review representative public and client-entry pages against WCAG 2.2 Level AA automated checks and perform manual testing of important workflows.
- Include accessibility in future design, content, and quality reviews.
3. Assistance and alternate access
If any part of the website, client workspace, questionnaire, scheduling process, payment process, or delivered material is difficult to use, contact AscentWell. We will make a good-faith effort to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative appropriate to the request.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. It is helpful to identify the page or task, describe the barrier, and tell us the best way to contact you.
4. Third-party services
Some steps may open independent services such as Stripe for payment or Calendly for scheduling. Those providers control their own platforms. If a third-party experience creates a barrier, contact AscentWell so we can help arrange a reasonable alternative rather than requiring you to resolve the issue alone.
5. Feedback
Accessibility questions, feedback, or accommodation requests may be sent to contact@ascentwellsystems.com. You may also use the Contact Us page and select Accessibility or accommodation as the reason for contacting us.
AscentWell will acknowledge accessibility requests as promptly as reasonably possible and work with you toward a practical response.
